Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Micro Tech Staffing in New Hampshire. This role will involve the assembly and packaging of components into products for the medical industry, as well as providing support to our Cleanroom Assembly area by performing manufacturing, packaging, and labeling processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control procedures and be able to maintain accurate records of process documentation for clean room operation. Additionally, they will be responsible for performing repetitive assembly operations and understanding and following safe handling procedures for all products within the cleanrooms and production areas.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities
  • Assemble and package components into products for the medical industry
  • Support Cleanroom Assembly area by performing manufacturing, packaging, and labeling processes
  • Maintain quality of parts being produced and inspect parts as needed
  • Maintain process documentation for clean room operation
  • Perform repetitive assembly operations
  • Understand and follow safe handling procedures for all products within the cleanrooms and production areas
