Position Overview:

As a Radiation Oncology Specialist, you will be part of a high-functioning, cohesive multidisciplinary team of surgeons, medical oncologists, pathologists, pharmacists, psychiatrists/psychologists, APPs, nurse navigator, social workers, dietitians, & rehabilitation specialists. The hospital boasts a state-of-the-art Cancer Center with recent upgrades, including a new linear accelerator. You will have both autonomy and robust clinical support, with zero call and a guaranteed base salary/wRVU Bonus. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including a new linear accelerator, to deliver advanced cancer treatments
- Work closely with Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, & RTs to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans
- Provide exceptional patient care and education, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital performance

Requirements:

- Board certification in Radiation Oncology
- Completion of a Radiation Oncology residency program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and education
