Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Services Clinician to join our team at Butler Hospital. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating discharge planning for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective discharge planning.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals to enhance understanding of patient needs and treatment options.
  • Participate in training and in-service education to maintain core competencies and stay up-to-date on best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Training and clinical experience in behavioral health required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
