Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Product Manager to join our team at Innovation Works, Inc. This is a leadership role that will be responsible for defining and driving the vision and roadmap of our hardware products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stay ahead of the competition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in hardware development and a proven track record of delivering successful products to market. They will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop products that meet those needs
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure that products are sourced and manufactured efficiently
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on hardware development
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products to market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with supplier and manufacturing partner management, including contract review and negotiation
