Job Description

As a Quality Inspector at Trigo ADR Americas, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in aerospace manufacturing. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for performing visual inspections, including in-process, final inspection, and First Article Inspections (FAIs) as appropriate. You will also assist in verifying test data and other applicable data concerning components and associated documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dimensional inspections of aerospace machined components
  • Conduct FAIs in accordance with AS9102
  • Use hand measurement tools and knowledge of CMM inspection processes
  • Apply knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and blueprint interpretation
  • Perform final inspection and receiving inspection, including dimensional, visual inspection, surface finish, and assembly inspection
  • Read, interpret, and utilize quality policies, procedures, blueprints, and other documentation
  • Process warehouse materials and support positive corrective actions and identification of root cause

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a quality inspector or technician
  • 3+ years' experience in an aerospace manufacturing facility
  • 3+ years' experience in inspection duties, FAIs, GD&T, and blueprint interpretation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Effective communication skills and detail-oriented
