The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Solutions Specialist to join our Content Studio team. As a key member of our team, you will support Senior Account Managers or Directors while independently serving as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintaining or expanding relationships by ensuring eRetail content is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.

A successful Digital Commerce Solutions Specialist will effectively manage multiple content projects while coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This requires excellent project management skills, including managing timelines, organizing and prioritizing work to be completed, and preparing content studio team members for success by ensuring they have the required information to work on and complete creative work that meets client expectations.

You will be a key point of contact for the client and the internal team, responsible for keeping communication flowing accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will become a subject matter expert across retail content touchpoints, understanding the role of content, best practices, retailer and marketplace nuances, and how content supports our clients' business initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to shepherd clients and team members through the content process, from brief to creative reviews to final execution, by preparing and leading client status updates with accurate timelines, prioritizations, and proactive planning for incoming projects.
  • Managing client interactions in a manner that establishes credibility and trust as a business advisor, becoming a subject matter expert by understanding content marketing best practices and staying abreast of digital trends to assist clients in meeting their marketing and content strategy goals.
  • Understanding content studio offerings to ensure we deliver to meet client requests while also looking at content needs holistically, identifying opportunities to steward Flywheel content offerings and finding the right solutions to meet client needs.
  • In collaboration with the assigned Account Lead, supporting the development of content business reviews, competitive analysis, financial trackers, and content or category-specific trends.
  • Being proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and being ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years' experience in client service or project management, with experience working at an eCommerce/marketing/creative agency considered an asset.
  • Relentless attention to detail and organization, inspiring confidence in our clients by making sure every detail is accounted for, documented, and under control.
  • Strong relationship and client management skills, building lasting relationships and earning the trust of our clients.
  • A natural operational mindset, breaking down complex challenges and putting them back together in a better way.
