Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Progeny Human Resources Solutions, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide clinical pharmacy services and support to patients in an acute care setting.
  • To work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • A Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of five years of hospital clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas.
  • ACPE IV certification.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of a PGY-1 residency program or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized training in disease state management or antimicrobial stewardship.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • A competitive salary range: $120,640 - $191,422.40 per annum.
  • A sign-on bonus of $15,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position working 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
