About the Position:
  • This is a full-time position with a salary of $195,000 per year, offering a comprehensive benefits package, attractive 401K, and generous annual bonuses.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in medicine, with a license to practice in the State of Montana or the ability to obtain one within twelve months.

The position is based in Warm Springs, a scenic town near Deer Lodge, Butte, and Anaconda. The area offers stunning natural beauty, including grey limestone cliffs and trout fishing opportunities. The community is home to Montana State Hospital, the only long-term psychiatric hospital operated by the state.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
  • Oversee and direct medical staff, ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with facility administrators, nursing leadership, therapy, psychology, fiscal, personnel, quality improvement, and health information teams.
