Job Summary:
As a Clinical Applications Analyst at Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of our Epic system. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems and the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Epic system to meet organizational objectives and strategies.
  • Analyze problems and develop solutions using Baptist Management System Tools.
  • Complete testing of software applications using established standards and protocols.
  • Provide ongoing support of Epic and other applications under area of responsibility.
  • Complete assigned goals.
Requirements:

Education:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Minimum: Education from an accredited institution or experience as listed.

Experience:

Preferred: Experience in project management and/or system implementations.

Minimum: Proven combination of experience that demonstrates knowledge of healthcare issues, systems issues, software design and integration. Minimum of five years of relevant experience or combination of experience and education.

Special Skills:

Minimum: Proficiency in communicating and performing the techniques of information systems assessment and implementation. Proficiency in communicating and performing Information Technology assessments.
