We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Blue Stone Therapy, a leading provider of contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services in the Midwest.
Salary: $5,000 per month for full-time positions (30-40 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:
- As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for directly participating in the evaluation, care plan development, and delivery of treatment interventions and services related to swallowing disorders, dysphagia, and communication disorders, in accordance with state practice guidelines.
- You will provide direct patient care to primarily adult and geriatric patients, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing screenings and evaluations to determine requirements for skilled speech therapy intervention relative to patient's prior level of function.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on functional and measurable outcomes, based on physicians' orders and adhering to professional standards of practice.
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborating with, coordinating, and participating in training programs for community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
- Participating in continuous quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
- A successful completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program is required.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Licensure and Certification:
- A current valid Speech Language Pathologist license to practice in the appropriate state is required.
