Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Travel Nurse Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in cardiovascular intensive care to join our team at Fusion Medical Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
Salary Range: $17,100 - $20,600 per week (36 hours/week)
About the Assignment:
This is a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed start date of January 6th, 2025. The shift schedule is days, with 3 x 12-hour shifts per week. You will be working as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at a top-rated medical facility in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Qualifications/Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
• One to three years experience as a Registered Nurse in cardiovascular intensive care preferred
• Other certifications may be required for this position
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
• Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, your responsibilities will include:
• Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
• Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
• Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
• Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
• Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
• Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
• Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
• Transports patients as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned.
