**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Pressroom Foreman to join our team at the Murray Ledger & Times. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our offset printing presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of pressroom personnel to meet production deadlines and quality standards
* Operate and maintain offset printing presses, including setting color and automated color alignment
* Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in offset printing, preferably in a supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of printing processes and press operations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
