We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Sentry. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our developer tools.

As a Senior Support Engineer, Codecov, you will be responsible for engaging with our SaaS users and providing top-notch support via various channels. Your primary goal will be to help customers troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on optimal usage of our tools.

You will drive success at Sentry by reducing response times, scaling our support needs, and making our customers happy. To achieve this, you will need to become a product expert, answer inbound support requests, triage and report product bugs, and contribute to team-wide goals and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of prior experience in Customer Support or equivalent history of roles responsible for customer happiness. They will also possess strong understanding of modern software development practices and tools, including CI/CD, APIs, microservices, front-end vs. back-end development, observability, debugging, and performance monitoring.

Apart from technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, be results-driven and self-motivated, and have a passion for developer tooling and the software development life cycle.

In addition to a competitive base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, the selected candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry's employee benefit plans/programs, which include incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage.
