Beebe Healthcare is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care to our patients in the oncology and palliative care departments.
This role will involve working closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on the unique needs of palliative care patients in both hospital and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, following established protocols, policies, and accepted standards of care.
- Assess patient needs, perform diagnostics, and document findings accurately.
- Coordinate palliative care and end-of-life services, working collaboratively with other healthcare providers.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing coaching and counseling as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in palliative or oncology care.
Work Schedule:
This position involves working four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday, from 7am to 5pm, with no call or on-call responsibilities.
