Job Description

This position requires a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist - Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team at Human Longevity, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mammographic imaging and patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Mammographic Examinations: Conduct screening and diagnostic mammograms while maintaining high standards of quality and compassion.
  • Equipment Management: Operate and maintain mammography equipment to ensure optimal functionality and cleanliness.
  • Safety First: Adhere to strict safety protocols and radiation protection measures to safeguard patients and staff.
  • Patient Care: Provide empathetic, patient-centered care, explaining procedures and addressing concerns to ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate interpretation of mammographic images.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to regulatory and company standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advances in mammography technology and techniques through continuous education and training.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Qualifications:
    • ARRT certification in Mammography
    • Valid California Radiologic Technologist license
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mammographer
    • Proficiency in operating mammography equipment with strong technical expertise
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and the clinical team
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
    • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and high ethical standards
    • Knowledge of current mammography regulations and standards
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with digital mammography and advanced imaging techniques
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve a diverse patient population
    • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems for seamless documentation and patient management

Working Conditions:

Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
