We are seeking an experienced OBGYN to join our team at a CMS 4-Star Hospital in Kentucky.
This is a unique opportunity for medical professionals who value work-life balance and want to experience the best of rural living. Our hospital offers a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule with dedicated Medical Assistant support.
The compensation package includes a competitive guaranteed base salary of $400k+ in the first year, plus a revenue-based productivity bonus.
- A level I nursery with 5 Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) rooms and a newly built cesarean section operating room.
- An employee satisfaction rate of 83%, as reported by current providers.
We offer eligible candidates a sign-on bonus of $30,000 and access to state or federal student loan repayment plans.
