Business Development Executive

About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting. You'll utilize consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and leverage industry knowledge to find and close deals. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and proposing customized solutions to meet the unique business needs of small and mid-sized customers.
You'll also develop responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and participate in presenting products and services that can benefit customers' needs. Ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experiences from sale to fulfillment will be key to fostering relationships and networks with customers.
Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive base pay plus commission structure, with the potential to earn up to 1000% more than the base salary. Plus, enjoy benefits such as paid time off, medical/dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement.
What You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you'll need experience in telecommunications or technical sales, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. You'll be tech-savvy, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.
