Metal Finisher

We are a full-service plating shop with a great opportunity for a Metal Finisher to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced production environment and have strong communication skills.

Job Summary:

As a Metal Finisher, you will be responsible for setting up production machines daily, operating equipment to produce high-quality finishes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also be required to follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up production machines daily according to established procedures
• Operate production machines to produce finished goods in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area throughout the day
• Document line activities as needed
• Support a culture of safe production and operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related work experience in Warehouse, Manufacturing, or General Labor preferred
• Fork-truck experience preferred (training available)
