Job Overview

As a Product Management Strategist at Nutramax Laboratories, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth and market share expansion for our veterinary science portfolio.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the commercial aspects of innovation, drive new products and breakthrough technologies to market, and manage product lifecycle strategies. You will lead a team of product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage multi-year product roadmaps to align cross-functional teams and drive business objectives.
  • Manage product P&L management, overseeing financial performance and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create and execute strategic launch plans to test product positioning, claims, and market acceptance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product opportunities based on market insights, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Maintain a portfolio of product initiatives, balancing resources, timing of returns, and risk exposure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing or sales experience, with 7+ years of product management or related experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative marketing skills, excellent leadership and project management abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

Nutramax Laboratories offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development. This position is 100% on-site in Lancaster, SC.
