Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ventilator Field Clinician to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC. As a key member of our respiratory therapy team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in need of ventilator assistance.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert respiratory therapy services to patients in their homes, ensuring optimal outcomes and comfort.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and referral sources to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of respiratory equipment, technologies, and best practices to provide exceptional care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry developments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited respiratory program or equivalent experience.
  • Current and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by AdaptHealth LLC.
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license.
  • At least one year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing professional with ventilator experience.

Competitive Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. $25-$35 per hour for hourly positions.
