What You'll Do
  • You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience and sales solutions to our clients while meeting financial and business goals.
  • You'll provide customer support and ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved, overseeing contract renewal, expansion, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You'll identify opportunities for growth and sales in assigned customer portfolios and work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive profitability and value.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the account management process for assigned portfolios, including developing customer account profiles and strategies, as well as scheduling regular customer visits.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to develop proposals and deliver them to customers in a timely manner, driving T&M (time and material) and Quoted Job pull-through opportunities.
  • Support Account Management Teams in producing estimates and proposals for tech leads and quoted jobs, following up on T&M calls to gauge interest in account manager coverage.
Requirements
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to multi-task in high-stress situations.
  • Proficiency with computer software and office equipment is required, along with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Total compensation includes a base pay range of $60,000 - $85,000 per year, plus an incentive plan.
