Anesthesiologist Opportunity with Excellent Work-Life Balance

An exceptional opportunity awaits a skilled anesthesiologist to join IES Healthcare's anesthesia group in collaboration with Tucson Medical Center, a 630-bed acute care medical facility. This dynamic team provides anesthesia services in a care team model, offering an ideal work-life balance for its members.
As a key member of the team, you will have the flexibility to focus on general anesthesia or subspecialize in areas such as cardiac, OB, and pediatric anesthesia. The group emphasizes providing high-quality patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

About the Practice:
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established anesthesia group with a strong focus on teamwork and patient care. You will have the chance to expand your clinical skills in a variety of settings, including general anesthesia, CRNA medical direction, and subspecialties.
The practice operates in multiple locations, with OR start times at 7:30 AM. Cases include ENT, general, GI, GYN, neuro, surgical ONC, ophthalmology, oral/maxillofacial, orthopedic, plastics, pediatrics (over 9 years old), urology, and vascular procedures. You will also have the opportunity to participate in high-volume orthopedic surgical floors with extensive opportunities for neuraxial anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks.
Call duties are minimal, with three seven-hour night shifts per month and one Saturday/Sunday day or night call shift every four to five weeks. Call shifts are included in your weekly hours worked, not in addition to. All calls are paid hourly, with no backup call obligations.
EMR documentation is done through EPIC.
