Job Title: Wind Turbine Technician II
We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician II to join our team at Vestas Wind Technology, Inc. in Courtenay, ND. As a Wind Turbine Technician II, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and installation work on assigned wind turbines under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and installation work on assigned wind turbines
- Work at heights of 250+ feet above the ground
- Collaborate with a team to complete tasks and projects
- Identify solutions to issues using process of elimination
- Provide mentorship to entry-level technicians
Requirements:
- Safety-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- At least 1 year of wind experience or a wind certificate with 2-3 years of experience in a heavy industrial background
