Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Echo Technologist to work as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, performing echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

About the Job

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week with a shift of 10 hours, nights. The start date is ASAP, and the duration is 13 weeks. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Preparing patients for exams and maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Operating medical equipment and utilizing ultrasound technology
  • Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
  • Certification as an RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer)
  • 2+ years of experience in echo cardiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
