About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate records of patient vital signs and medical information
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote resident comfort and independence
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Excellent clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and communication skills
  • An empathetic approach to patient care and a strong ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
