Sales Strategist Leader

Job Title: Sales Strategist LeaderA high-profile position driving new sales results and achieving sales goals in partnership with a defined group of distribution partners, representing financial institution products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing relationships with key distribution partners, decision makers, and internal operations teams to drive successful outcomes and business growth.
- Establishing and executing effective growth and distribution business plans for the Affinity Solutions sales efforts with defined groups of distribution partners.
- Developing strong relationships with existing distribution partners through value-added sales strategies.
- Identifying target prospects and working with distribution partners to successfully solicit new Securian business.
- 3+ years of sales experience focused on driving new sales and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to travel independently (60-75% of time).
- Strong initiative and leadership skills in building relationships, identifying issues, and working proactively to meet client and business needs.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment.
