Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Saxon Global, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business process definition repositories and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) for Supply Chain (SC) business operations.
  • Utilize process mining for process optimization and provide a real-time transactional view across systems for Critical Service Operations (CSOs).
  • Improve monitoring capabilities, including Quality of Service (QoS) and BAM.
  • Create structure through system definition and information architecture to support product usability.
  • Craft terminology, product, and feature naming, and conduct research to optimize product experience and interface.
  • Influence design to ensure the finished product meets user requirements and needs.
