We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, gaming equipment, and inventory levels in accordance with casino accounting procedures and tribal policies.



Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your skills to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics department. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be working closely with vendors and suppliers to advise on furniture, equipment, and inventory needs for all departments.



About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn and follow detailed security policies and procedures, we encourage you to apply.



The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.



Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain purchasing files in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Maintain inventory levels and stock as requested for casino departments.
  • Count and log all goods, maintain receipt/packing slips.
  • Prepare and log all outgoing items, including computer programs with shipping agencies.
  • Receive orders and maintain records of receipt.
  • Deliver items to casino departments.
  • Clean and fuel casino vehicles.
  • Work safely and efficiently, utilizing safe equipment and techniques.
  • Be helpful and friendly with other maintenance associates and customers.


Required Qualifications


  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication and guest relation skills.
  • Ability to learn and follow detailed Security policies and procedures.
  • Defensive Tactics Training with advanced handcuffing certification.
  • A minimum of 21 years old and a Washington State Class III Gaming License.
