Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in the specialty chemicals industry. This role will involve developing and growing business in Tennessee and Kentucky, with a focus on calling on upper-level decision-makers at multinational firms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans, goals, and priorities for customers in the coatings, adhesives, sealant, and elastomer (CASE) industry.
  • Manage and own the overall account relationship with customers, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Responsible for marketing and selling specialty chemicals to existing and prospective accounts.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of industrial sales experience is required, with a preference for specialty chemical distribution sales experience.
  • A four-year bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in chemical engineering or chemistry.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and intellectual curiosity.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
