About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Director to join our team at Tower Health in Philadelphia. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented psychiatrist to lead our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program, working closely with our esteemed faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program, ensuring compliance with ACGME standards.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum evaluation system, evaluating trainee progress and competencies.
  • Evaluate and develop faculty performance, providing regular feedback and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the General Psychiatry Residency Training Program Director and other program directors to facilitate training programs.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision, participate in didactic and clinical conferences, and teach and supervise both residents and fellows.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and liaison psychiatric services to patients in the Emergency Department and medical floors at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children.
  • Provide direct patient care at or through 1427 Vine Street Clinic.
  • Serve a patient population primarily consisting of adolescents and children, with some adults.
