Aircraft Cleaner Job Description

Are you looking for a career in aviation with stability and growth opportunities? We are seeking an Aircraft Cleaner to join our team at Boston Logan International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including seats, seat pockets, tray tables, and overhead compartments
• Ensure galleys are stocked and organized in accordance with airline standards
• Remove and dispose of trash and debris from the cabin and galley
• Vacuum floors and clean carpets using designated equipment
• Wipe down and disinfect aircraft lavatories
• Replace headrest covers, blankets, and other consumables as needed
• Inspect for any damage or issues within the cabin and report findings to supervisors
• Clean cockpit area without interfering with aircraft controls
• Replenish lavatory supplies and sanitize surfaces
• Follow safety procedures to ensure compliance with health and aviation regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning practices
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
