Job Description:

  • Determine customer needs and educate customers to sell or upgrade services
  • Collect payments, update customer profiles, recover, and issue equipment as well as assist with general inquiries
  • Quickly resolve customer issues and concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Standing for prolonged periods of time
