Accounts Payable Coordinator

US Auto Trust LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. As a key member of our Business Office Department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile vendor statements and schedules.
- Disburse checks and manage end-of-year 1099 filings.
- Balance statements and finalize data for reporting.
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in the system.
- Manage sublet schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct trending analysis for accurate financial forecasting.
- Answer accounts payable phone calls and follow up on inquiries.
- Minimum of 3 years in a position of Accounting or Accounts Payable.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Automotive Dealership experience is a plus.
- Experience with CDK is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with web-based programs, and proficient in Excel.
- Knowledgeable about basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
