$96,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager with expertise in 5 axis CNC machining to lead our EPP Machine Shop team. The successful candidate will have a long-term vision and be able to manage daily operations effectively. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the EPP Machine Shop team with a strategic approach while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
  • Implementing Lean principles to drive continuous improvements and eliminate defects.
  • Builiding a team that can support capacity plans and deliver on-time results.
  • Managing Standard Work improvements and enforcing its use throughout the shop.
  • Setting the rhythm of Machine Shop meetings, events, and tasks.
  • Overseeing CNC programmers, machinists, and machine operators' schedules and utilization.
  • Supporting cost estimates during quoting processes.
  • Liaising with EHS, Quality, Value Stream Leader, Operations, Production Coordinators, Contracts, and Engineering for quoting and production processes.
  • Driving accountability among a multi-functional team of 10+ members across two sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • A U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with 5 axis machine center experience.
  • At least 2 years of programming experience.

Working Environment:
