Cardiovascular ICU Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular ICU Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare Direct. As a Cardiovascular ICU Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to our critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular ICU
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Titrate multiple vasoactive medications and invasive hemodynamic monitoring
  • Participate in daily multidisciplinary patient-focused rounds
  • Gain extensive experience caring for extremely high acuity cardiac patients

Requirements:

  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
  • At least two years of stepdown experience required
  • Previous critical care experience preferred
  • BLS required
  • ACLS and cardiac dysrhythmia proficiency required
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
