Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule maintenance work to minimize disruption to residents and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in facility maintenance and mechanical repair.
  • Licenses/Certifications: EPA Type I or Universal license and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required.
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
