About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Key responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders, creating individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on therapeutic techniques.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology;
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred;
  • Licensure (or eligibility) required in current state;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • A passion for helping patients from diverse backgrounds.
