Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including service and maintenance, inside sales, transportation and logistics, profit and loss, and employee-related items. Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently prioritizing workloads and managing shop personnel to ensure equipment is serviced and repaired timely.
  • Preparing yearly business plans, forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI, and utilization, and overall branch growth.
  • Maintaining company standards with the facility, equipment, and delivery fleet, including cleanliness, organization, and appearance of personal workspaces.
  • Monitoring and ensuring safety and environmental compliance, including maintaining all records and documentation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience managing business operations and supervising a team.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of organization, professionalism, and team leadership.
  • Proven ability to maintain a thriving customer base.
  • Proficient computer skills – MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
