As a Technical Lead for AI Model Development, you will work closely with model scientists to instrument best-known state-of-the-art and novel tools and techniques. Your contributions will span model architecture, data curation, training and inference infrastructures, evaluation protocols, and alignment and reinforcement learning from human feedback.
