Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Caring Health Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a community health setting. Your professional behavior and commitment to confidentiality will be essential in maintaining the trust of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional behavior commensurate with that expected for a health professional, including maintenance of strict confidentiality, professional attire, and adherence to strict standards of accuracy in translation and documentation.
Function as a team member in the delivery of healthcare in a community health center setting, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to monitor and update routine health maintenance to ensure quality of care that meets NCC/UDS standards.
Provide coordinated care to adult and pediatric patients by developing, monitoring, and evaluating interdisciplinary care plans.
Work seamlessly in an urgent care/triage department using critical thinking skills to make sound nursing judgments.

Requirements:

Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
Current BLS and CPR certifications.
Demonstrated ability in effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, individuals seeking assistance, representatives of outside agencies, and the general public.
Professional, reliable behavior and appearance.
Preference for bilingual individuals: Spanish, Russian, or Vietnamese.
