Sales Growth Specialist

* Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects and generate leads, using your expertise to find the best solutions for customers.
* Proactive Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on all sales leads within your designated territory.
* CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to document interactions and ensure our team is aware of customer needs and account status.
* Team Collaboration: Build strong, supportive relationships with fellow Sales Team members and Department Management.
* Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives by contributing suggestions and ideas.
Qualifications:
* A competitive nature and a drive to exceed sales goals.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
* Minimum of two years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management.
* A combination of education and experience that demonstrates a proven track record in this field.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software, Outlook, and Zoom Info.
