Empower Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
This role involves providing clinic-based ABA services to patients and their families, with a focus on delivering individualized behavior acquisition programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and be certified as a BCBA. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to identify treatment goals and develop individualized behavior acquisition programs.
- Supervise the implementation of treatment plans and ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and data collection systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Board certification and good standing as a BCBA.
- Current BCBA licensure in Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move or transport up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to run or walk throughout 6–8-hour sessions.
- Ability to respond quickly to manage behaviors.
- Ability to be seated on the floor when needed for patient interaction.
