Job Title: Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at RethinkFirst. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior-level district leaders in the Mid-Atlantic Region, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a remote position that requires prior experience working with high-level school leadership. You will prospect new business for RethinkFirst solutions in K-12 districts, managing the entire sales cycle in a multi-state territory. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales quota, expand RethinkFirst's footprint in your region, and build a strong network of senior-level district leaders.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized self-starter with a natural hunter mentality, who thrives in taking initiative and creative problem-solving. You should have a resilient nature that allows you to try new things, learn, and grow. You will be a team player who can contribute ideas, adopt your own sales strategy, and own the sales process from start to finish. You should have 4+ years of teaching experience or have worked in the education market at least 5 years, preferably in Special Education, SEL, and Mental Health.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in the education field
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% during peak times
  • Existing K-12 network of senior-level district leaders in designated territory highly preferred
  • Ability to be effective in a home office prospecting environment, meeting weekly and monthly metrics
  • Diligence to develop and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline
  • Ability to deliver and execute an effective territory plan
  • Ability to meet assigned sales quota
  • Hunter mentality. This is a new business role focused on large and midsized accounts
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Location

This is a remote position for candidates who reside in KY, MO, VA, and VA.
