Job Summary:

As a Sr. Manager, Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing a strategy to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and foster a customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead talent identification, development, and performance management for a sales team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Promote customer success by providing an excellent customer experience and identifying customer inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement sales solutions and maximize sales volume potential.
  • Provide day-to-day support for employees and customers, addressing internal and external issues as needed.
  • Optimize business processes, including receivables, payables, sales, pricing, and operations.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and promote inclusivity in customer interactions.
  • Train sales personnel on customer presentations and QBRs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of customer experience/account management or transportation/logistics experience, or 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated skills and abilities, including experience working through change management, high-volume fast-paced work environments, and transportation experience.
  • Ability to work in a competitive environment, motivate and lead a successful team, and create a customer-centric environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Transportation Logistics.
  • 3-4 years of sales, customer experience, and account management experience, or 5+ years of transportation/logistics experience.
