Job Summary

The Radiology Director is responsible for leading the Radiology Services department, ensuring the safety of patients and staff. This role involves supervising human resource functions, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee training and staff competencies
  • Ensure safe staffing levels
  • Develop and manage budgets
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Monitor departmental indicators and PI activities
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Supervisory experience in medical imaging
  • Current state licensed CRT and Fluoroscopy permit
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulatory standards
