Job Summary:

The Project Sales Coordinator supports the commercial landscape work team by delivering quotes and assisting in managing construction jobs to municipal maintenance bids. This role requires exceptional service and teamwork, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expediently create and deliver complete and accurate quotes to customers and team members.
• Assist in gathering paperwork for liens, packaging product submittal sheets for contractors, and orchestrating phased deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members to sell Horizon's value and provide customers with the best service and experience possible.
• Communicate daily with the Project Sales Team, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Center Managers regarding the status of customer projects.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Complete data input, paperwork, and internal reports in a timely fashion.
• Increase job and product knowledge, and develop industry relationships, on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• Strong customer-service attitude.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented personality.
• Ability to perform business math and think critically to identify solutions to problems.
• Cooperative, dependable team player with good computer and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items that weigh up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Possess or obtain forklift certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Some previous customer service experience is nice to have.
• Irrigation experience is a huge plus and knowledge in other landscape products is helpful.
