Description:

Summary: As a Caregiver at SR COMPANIES LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing and improving the SRIM experience by providing heartfelt care for our residents and their families. You will demonstrate and promote SRIM's core value of the golden rule, treating others with kindness, compassion, and respect.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide assistance to residents with daily living needs, including dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  2. Interact with residents at all levels of care, showing empathy and kindness.
  3. Observe and report changes in residents' health and emotional well-being to the supervisor.
  4. Assist with meal service and light housekeeping duties.
  5. Participate in leisure activities and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
  6. Respond promptly to residents' requests for assistance.
  7. Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
  8. Ensure residents' safety and security.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training.
