About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team as a Rural Care Specialist. This part-time role involves providing high-quality maternal care to Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial patients in Northern New Mexico.

In this position, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centric care, leveraging technology and personalized approaches to drive outstanding results. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in shaping our care model and improving health outcomes for our patients.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A Certified Nurse Midwife with 3+ years of perinatal care experience, including prenatal, postpartum, and labor & delivery
  • Ability to conduct/interpret NSTs and limited OB u/s preferred
  • Phlebotomy skills or willingness to learn
  • Innovative leadership qualities and proven experience with behavior modification

Travel Requirements

You will spend approximately 60-80% of your time 'in the field' visiting patients and collaborating with our team at market HQ. This role requires frequent travel across assigned territory, so reliable access to personal transportation is essential.
