* Prepare rooms for cleaning and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
* Make beds and dust rooms and furniture to a high standard
* Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies, including toiletries and linens
* Clean the bathroom, including the shower, sink, and toilet
* Clean the closet and ensure all clothing and personal items are stored neatly
* Vacuum and rack the carpet to a high standard
* Check and secure the rooms to ensure all doors and windows are locked
* Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests, such as irons and ironing boards
* Ensure public areas, such as hallways, are cleaned and orderly
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods of time
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Manage guest calls, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Additional tasks may be assigned as needed
