Administrative Professional for Legal Firm

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary for a well-respected downtown firm with a great culture.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management, document preparation, and e-filing. They should also be proficient in Legal Terminology and Processes and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing documents, including contracts, agreements, appeals, and motions
- Scheduling meetings, hearings, depositions, and site inspections
- Maintaining records, including legal filing deadlines and docket control systems
- Researching and locating relevant information for cases
- Communicating with lawyers, experts, vendors, opposing counsel, and other staff
- Performing other duties, including answering phone calls and coordinating third-party vendors
Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience as a Legal Secretary
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Legal Terminology and Processes
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
